The registration fee includes entrance to sessions, coffee breaks, the 50th Anniversary Dinner, as well as the Welcome Reception. We plan to provide lunch at no extra cost on full days i.e. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday of the conference, income permitting. No additional tax is applicable.
We have invested heavily in bursary funding, therefore if you are struggling to pay these fees or attend the conference due to a lack of available funding, you may ask for financial support. Applications must be received by 20 December 2024. Financial support will be awarded based on the criteria set out.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are applying for financial support, please register, but do not pay the fees until you have received a decision on your application. We will make arrangements for adjusting your fees after the financial support decisions are taken. The application for financial support will be evaluated alongside the abstract as the quality of the contribution is one of the assessment criteria.
When organisers send information regarding the acceptance of abstracts, participants are invited to register and pay the registration fee. Please note that the “early bird” fee is only valid for participants paying their fee before 31 January 2025. Participants registering before, but paying after, the early bird deadline will be automatically charged the difference.
Please note that if we have not received your registration and payment by the 9 May 2025, the abstract will be considered withdrawn. After registration and payment, no refunds will be offered apart from exceptional circumstances.
