The Welcome Reception will take place at 18:30 on Monday the 9th of June at Glasgow City Chambers.
Opened in 1888, the Glasgow City Chambers is a stunning example of Victorian architecture. Located in George Square, it has been the headquarters of Glasgow City Council for over a century, symbolizing the city’s rich civic heritage. The building’s opulent interiors and grand marble staircase reflect Glasgow’s historical significance and its role in the industrial revolution. Today, it stands as a testament to the city’s enduring legacy and vibrant cultural history.
Our welcome reception is courtesy of Glasgow City Council and a representative of the Provost of Glasgow (the Mayor) will welcome us to the city.
